Mr. Keith Siu is the CFO of Maxim’s Group. He joined Maxim’s Group in 2008 as General Manager of Finance and IT. Before that, he served in McDonald’s as Finance and Accounting Director in Hong Kong in 1995, CFO of the Greater China region in 2002, and Burger King in Shanghai as the General Manager of its Chinaoperations to lead the company’s business development and franchising in 2006.Born in Hong Kong, Keith is a graduate of Hong Kong Polytechnic University and has an MBA from the University of Hull. Keith is a Certified Public Accountant since 1992 and is also a Fellow Member of ACCA and HKICPA

Founded in 1956, Hong Kong Maxim’s Group is a leading food& beverage company comprising of Chinese, Asian and European restaurants, quick service restaurants, bakery shops and institutional catering, while providing a range of festive products, including the award-winning Maxim’s Mooncakes (known as Mei-XinMoon cakes outside Hong Kong). The Group is also the licensee of renowned brands including Starbucks Coffee(Hong Kong, Macau and Vietnam), and Genki Sushi and Ippudo ramen (Hong Kong and China). Altogether the Group operates over 860 outlets in Hong Kong, China and Vietnam. It also established the first Sino-Foreign joint venture in China in 1980 and now delivers air catering service in 11 cities through joint ventures.
