柴天佑
柴天佑,控制理论与控制工程专家,IEEE Fellow, IFAC Fellow。曾任国际自动控制联合会(IFAC)技术局成员及IFAC制造与仪表技术协调委员会主席(1996-1999)。现任东北大学学术委员会主任(2011~),中国自动化学会副理事长,《自动化学报》主编。
长期从事复杂工业过程控制、优化和综合自动化的基础研究与工程技术研究。提出了多变量自适应解耦控制理论与方法,与智能控制、计算机集散控制技术相结合,主持研制出智能解耦控制技术及系统;提出了以综合生产指标优化为目标的全流程智能优化控制理论与技术,主持研制了生产全流程智能优化控制系统和综合自动化系统,并成功应用于流程工业,取得了显著的社会经济效益。
发表IFAC会刊和IEEE汇刊论文共计110余篇,其中1篇论文获国际控制技术顶级期刊IFAC杂志Control Engineering Practice 2011-2013 最佳论文奖。已培养博士90余名,硕士240余名。应邀在美国、英国、加拿大、日本等国举行的IFAC、IEEE国际会议上作大会特邀报告30余次。以第一完成人获国家技术发明二等奖、国家科技进步二等奖共四项,省部级特等奖、一等奖十一项;两次获得全国五一劳动奖章,2002年获何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖,2003年获辽宁省科技功勋奖,2005年获全国先进工作者荣誉称号,2010年获第一届杨嘉墀科技奖一等奖。2007年在IEEE系统与控制联合会议上被授予控制研究杰出工业成就奖,2017年获亚洲控制协会Wook Hyun Kwon 教育奖。

Professor Qing-Long Han received Ph.D. degree in Control Engineering and Electrical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai, China, in 1997. From September 1997 to December 1998, he was a Post-doctoral Researcher Fellow with the Laboratoire d’Auomatique et d’Informatique Industrielle (LAII) (currently, Laboratoire d'Informatique et d'Automatique pour les Systèmes, LIAS), École Supérieure d’Ingénieurs de Poitiers (ESIP) (currently, École Nationale Supérieure d’Ingénieurs de Poitiers (ENSIP)), Université de Poitiers, France. From January 1999 to August 2001, he was a Research Assistant Professor with the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, USA. From September 2001 to December 2014, he was Laureate Professor, Associate Dean (Research and Innovation) with the Higher Education Division, and the Founding Director of the Centre for Intelligent and Networked Systems at Central Queensland University, Australia. From December 2014 to May 2016, he was Deputy Dean (Research), with the Griffith Sciences, and a Professor with the Griffith School of Engineering, Griffith University, Australia. In May 2016, he joined Swinburne University of Technology, Australia, where he is currently Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research Quality) and a Distinguished Professor. He is the Director of Swinburne-Shanghai University Joint Research Centre for Intelligent and Networked Control Systems, School of Mechatronic Engineering and Automation, Shanghai University, China. In March 2010, he was appointed Chang Jiang (Yangtze River) Scholar Chair Professor by Ministry of Education, China.
Professor Han has been conducting research in the field of Control Theory and Control Engineering. He has published over three hundred and eighty (380) fully-refereed papers in prestigious journals and leading conferences, two research-based books (monographs), one research-based book chapter, and edited three conference proceedings and four special issues. In particular, since 2001, he has published two hundred and seventeen (217) fully-refereed high quality journal articles. Among these articles, twenty-six (26) articles are published in Automatica, and seventeen (17) articles are published in IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control (the two best journals in the area of automatic control) and ninety-three (93) articles are published in the most prestigious IEEE Transactions.
As of October 8, 2018, Professor Han’s research work has been cited 17376 times with h-index of 70, i10-index of 190 according to Google Scholar, 13922 times with h-index of 62 according to SCOPUS, and 11380 times with h-index of 57 according to Clarivate Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters) Web of Science Core Collection. The Essential Science Indicator’s (ESI) Report on September 13, 2018, which covers the period from January 2008 to June 2018, indicated that he has 38 Highly Cited Papers.
Professor Han is one of The World's Most Influential Scientific Minds: 2014-2016 and 2018. He is a Highly Cited Researcher according to Clarivate Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters). He is a Fellow of The Institution of Engineers Australia. He is an Associate Editor of a number of international journals including IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, and Information Sciences. His research interests include networked control systems, time-delay systems, multi-agent systems, neural networks and complex dynamical systems.

关新平,IEEE Fellow,上海交通大学电子信息与电气工程学院院长,讲席教授,教育部"长江学者奖励计划"特聘教授、国家杰出青年基金获得者、"新世纪百千万人才工程"国家级人才,国家基金委创新群体负责人,中国自动化学会常务理事,中国人工智能学会理事,国际期刊IEEE Trans. on System, Man & Cybernetics-C编委,《自动化学报》、《控制理论与应用》、《控制与决策》等多个国内期刊编委。
先后主持和完成国家重大仪器专项,国家自然科学基金重点项目、973项目,铁道部基金项目、上海市科委重大项目等30多项科研课题。SCI他引5000余次,出版学术专著2部。2008获"IEEE模糊系统汇刊杰出论文奖",先后获"国家自然科学二等奖","教育部自然科学一等奖"两项。
